Double room in Camden - 2 bed 2 bath

I’m Nil, 27, and I work in advertising as a 3D artist in a vfx studio in Exmouth Market, and moved to London 5 years ago from Barcelona.

I am looking for a flatmate to move into my spare room ideally from mid/end of June, but can accommodate for anytime after for the right person.
Ideally someone from creative industries as well but open to anything if the vibe is right. I prefer to think of my roommates as friends too.

I love plants, hanging out, and cooking. I also enjoy going for a cheeky pint after work and a proper night out every now and then. But I'm very respectful of personal space and downtime of others.
I’m also very clean and tidy and love to take care of the space. (Looking for someone similar)

The room has a lovely light, especially in the summer. It comfortably fits a double bed and has a big built in wardrobe. Comes unfurnished, although I have a small desk I’m not using if you need one. (I have added a layout with furniture to scale for reference as the bed in the pic is huge)
We have separate bathrooms.

The flat is at ground level in a quiet street. It’s fairly big with high ceilings, a lot of light, underfloor heating throughout, and a lovely little patio/garden with an apple tree that blossoms every spring.

We are pretty well connected, walking distance from King’s Cross (15min), Camden Road (15min), and Caledonian Road (10min). Although all of those can be reached by bus much quicker as well.
There are several bus stops within 5 minutes with the 390, 29, and 274 lines (among others).
Also there is a space for e-bikes just around the corner..

There is a Sainsbury’s local and some off-licences pretty close by for a quick shop. A bit further away (15-20 min walk), there’s a big Sainsbury’s in Camden and two big Waitrose (one in Kings Cross and one in Holloway).

If you like going for a run, Regent’s Canal and Regent’s Park are pretty close by and in the mornings it’s not too busy.
And a Better Gym very close.

There’s also a good amount of venues, pubs, clubs, and restaurants at walking distance both in Camden and King’s Cross.

Deposit is 5 weeks rent.
Bills come at around £160 each.
