Bedroom + bathroom on the river/st paul's

Hello!

I am moving into this cute little flat. It's a normal flat with an actual living room... 🤯 because apparently that's a luxury now...

The location speaks for itself. Mansion House station is less than 5 minutes walk. So is Cannon Street, and Bank/Moorgate. It's literally right by St paul's so you can go cry at the chapel because you most likely work to the bone in the City if you're interested in this room...

I'm super flexible about move in date! I'm actually paying the full rent and having some friends/fam stay with me before you move in. But flexible, happy to wait longer for the right flatmate a bit after I listed the move in date for this :)

**About the flat!/ur room:

- council tax band F
- decent sized room + your own bathroom
- room has a double bed, no closet (belonged to previous tenants so they took it with them) but can fit one and a dresser/desk
- balcony in living room
- if you poke your head out ur bedroom window you can see the river thames but please don't do that too often or i will worry... again this is considering the fact that you most likely slave away in the city

** About me:
- AI developer, work very close to the flat although my job is technically fully remote so I do work from home more days than not
- Tidy
- Friendly
- considerate (i will tiptoe when I know you're sleeping and I'll probably bake stuff that I can't eat on my own so prepare to get a gym membership)
- I usually enjoy hanging out with my flatmates/being friends if that's where things take us

** Potential flatmate requirements:
- Preferably female... I am open to male flatmates but I do prefer the girls the gays and the theys.
- No smoking
- NO regular overnight guests (so please no deadbeat bf on our couch 5 nights a week)
