Ideal for a single person, preferably a woman, seeking a temporary stay in a quiet London neighborhood, close to beautiful parks, vibrant street life and good transport connections.

Room Features: A nice single room comes well-furnished with a bed, wardrobe and a large desk. Enjoy the serene views of a nearby reservoir and local wildlife.
Flat Details: Located in a London Victorian terraced house in the Stamford Hill area, a short walk from cozy cafes and shopping on Stoke Newington Church Street.

Transport: Only a 15-minute walk to both Underground and Overground stations, facilitating easy access to the city centre:
20 min to King's Cross
20 min to Liverpool Street

Flatmate: You'll share the flat with me (Laura). I am 30 and work in sustainable finance. I have many interests - reading, yoga, hiking etc. Most important to me is peace and quiet, and I am looking for someone who feels the same.

Also, for some of the summer, the apartment will be home to a friendly cat.
