Hi everyone!

We are looking to fill a room in our Stepney Green home from 22 June (can be flexible for an earlier move in however).

The place 🏡
Our place is a short walk to Stepney Green Station (< 5 mins) and close to Whitechapel and Bethnal Green with lots of public transport options (Buses, District and Hammersmith, Circle, Elizabeth and Central Lines).

Our house has a modern living and kitchen area, with one bathroom. We have a lovely outdoor courtyard, perfect for a drink in the evenings and a relaxing big bath for the end of a long day.

We are Annalise (28) and Elisa (26), two friends that met through this sharehouse. Working in recruitment and education policy, we love travel, Sunday roasts and walks around the city.

We are busy working individuals, but are also social and fun, and enjoy spending time with each other during the evenings and on weekends. We are super respectful of each others space, but regularly chat together, and enjoy having a drink together, going for walks, and the occasional Netflix binge!

We are looking for someone who is friendly, fun and keeps a clean house and is up for the occasional drink and dinner together from time to time!

We are looking for a girl in their mid to late twenties (26-29) who is willing to sign on to a 12 month lease extension from June.

Pricing 💵
£1015 per month + bills
Bills are split equally between the 3 of us (roughly £120-150 a month, could be slightly more in winter depending upon heating)
References required. Minimum salary is £29,000
