I’m leaving my sunny room in Stockwell for another part of London.

The room is spacious and gets lovely afternoon sun.

It had access to a large balcony overlooking Stockwell road, and can be offered fully furnished with a double bed, desk, rug, wardrobe, clothes rack, mirror and lamp, or these items can be removed if needed.

The flat has a kitchen with gas cooking and an oven, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer.

The flat has two bathrooms, both equipped with toilet and shower.

All bills included in the rent- including fast wi-fi and a cleaner.

Great location, very close (less than 10 mins walk) to Brixton, close to both Brixton and Stockwell Tube stations and multiple buses to Clapham and Peckham and surrounds leave from just outside the door. There’s loads of great local restaurants and pubs just nearby, and some lovely parks and green spaces.

The other housemates are lovely, all students studying/working in the creative industries. The room would suit another student or young professional.

You will have to be approved by the real Estate agency and provide a guarantor.
