It's a stylish modern and homely flat is on the 4th floor with a lift and a view of the city of London. From the front balcony, you enter the flat into a large kitchen/ diner. There are two fridges at either end, a dishwasher, washing machine, drier, smart TV, integrated microwave and plenty of other mod' cons to utilise. There is lots of storage so you will have plenty of space.

The bedroom available an ottoman double bed with lots of wardrobe space. There is also an oak Habitat desk & bedside table or you can use the mirrored table that I have if you dont need the desk.

The flat has solid oak floors in the bedrooms and black porcelain tiled floors in the front of the flat, so always look really smart and easy to keep clean. It is a lovely cosy warm draft-free flat in the winter and cool in the summer. There is no sitting room as I now use it as my bedroom- historically I noticed that nobody seemed to use it so converted it. The kitchen dinner is where we always seem to congregate so it makes sense :0)

The bathroom is amazing. It was a fantastic shower/ bath and bathroom TV. It also has washing machine and dryer in a cupboard inside.

The transport links are excellent with both the Victoria Line and the Northern Line a 7 minute walk to Stockwell tube station and of course vibrant Brixton and Clapham are very close by. There are lots of bus routes running down Stockwell Road or Brixton Road.

Where we live is a gated community with fob readers and full CCTV so a lot of money has been invested to make our surroundings nice. There are also bike racks that can be rented- the sheds where you lift the top and store the bike inside :0)

I have a sausage dog called Biscuit so an added bonus for a dog lover, and he is fantastic company 🐶
