En suite room available in our gorgeous 3 bedroom flat in Stoke Newington just off Church Street. The room comes unfurnished, although the current housemate is open to selling some furniture, and it is available ASAP. The current housemates name will be changed on the contract to your name (copy of ID + proof of employment/income required by landlord); we currently have around 7 months left on the contract and then it's likely to continue as a rolling contract unless there are any changes. Rent advertised is with bills included.
Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and friendly. We both work long hours and enjoy having a home to relax in. We live just around the corner from Church Street where there are lots of cute cafes for brunch and some really cosy pubs for a pint and Sunday roast. We're also just a 10 minute walk to Clissold Park which is gorgeous in the summer.
