Beautiful cosy room with double bed in gorgeous victorian listed building available for a short let - from the 12 of June to the 17th of July. The room has a view on gardens and on the sunset and it is fully furnished; the windows have secondary glazing so there is no noise from outside and very good heat insulation. This lovely house includes 3 sofas a large, well-decorated living room with a big bow window with exposure south and east - so plenty of natural light - and a new stylish kitchen. The toilet, which you will share with one other flatmate, is spacious and has a bathtub.

The flat is only 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Springfield Park, Hackney Marshes and the Lea river canal - a huge green natural area. It is in a quiet, relaxed and very safe residential neighbourhood but very close to many of the coolest areas and venues in Hackney. The closest station is Stoke Newington Overground - 11 mins away and you can get to Seven Sisters underground in 20 minutes by bus. It is a very peaceful place to stay, but also close to the great life that Hackney offers.

The rent is 715 + bills (around 130 per month), which as you will notice is low for this house, because I believe overcharging tenants is wrong.
