2 Month Summer Sublet in Cute Stokey Flat

Subletting my lovely and serene furnished room in a two-bedroom Victorian flat in Stoke Newington from May 23-July 23. There is decent storage in the bedroom and the flat is clean and spacious, with a well-appointed kitchen and living room. You will be sharing with one female flatmate who is a sweet and creative Argentinian working partly from home.

We’re looking for a gal to sublet who is clean, responsible and friendly in their late 20s-30s. (No pets, no couples, no smoking). Preferably someone who is working outside as there isn’t a dedicated workspace in the room. It would be a good set up for someone who is just moving to the city or spending the summer here.

The location is excellent. The flat is located a few minutes from Clissold Park, one of London’s very best places for a summer picnic. We're also a short walk from the hip Church Street area, and a variety of cute restaurants, cafes and local pubs. Walking distance or a short bus ride to Finsbury Park, Manor House station and Stoke Newington Station.
