We have a room to let in our friendly houseshare in Stoke Newington.
The room is available now, until the end of the existing contract on the 27th of August (there may a possibility to extend beyond that, on the new contract).

The room is relatively small, furnished with a double bed, small desk and closet space. The house is large, beautiful, and well taken care of, with seaparate living room and dining area, garden with a barbecue, 2 bathrooms, and a lot of storage space (basement and attic).
Location is great, 10-15 min walk to Finsbury Park and Manor House stations (Victoria and Picaddiliy lines), bus stops 2 mins away, and a few mintues walk to Clissold Park and Castle Climbing Centre.

We are 3 female housemates in our 30s. We are good friends and we've been living together in this house for over 1 year, we love it here and we consider it our home. We are renting out the room due to our existing housemate going away.
