3 Bedroom home, Large Kitchen with a dishwasher and Large Living Room. Brand new appliances including a large smeg oven. Bathroom with a Bidet, bath and shower. Lots of art and lots of plants!

The Room comes with a double memoryfoam mattress and a chest of drawers.
We have a garden which will be in full bloom by the summer, a nice place to sit and have a wine or eat al fresco when its warm enough!
We also have a cleaner who comes over each week to clean our home (price included in bills below)

We live opposite the lovely West Ham Park and are 2 mins away from the newly renovated Atherton Leisure Centre. Great gym and refurbed pool.

The house is a 8 min bus ride to Stratford Station, 10 min walk to Maryland for the Elizabeth Line and a 15 min walk to Stratford Station. Hackney Wick/ Olympic Park is a nice walk away or you can get the bus direct at the end of the road.

We are within walking distance of a big Morrisons, Tesco Express and Sainsburys Local as well as a short bus ride to Westfield.

About us!
We are two gals working in TV and the arts and 1 gorgeous 9 year old greyhound called Yasmin.

Yasmin is toilet trained, does not bark and will be found either on the sofa or in her bed! She is calm, friendly and loves people. When I am at work our dog walker will take her out for a few hours each day, she is relaxed home alone!
