Double bedroom in two beds garden flat

I have a double room for single occupancy available in Stratford.
I love the location of the flat because it is in a residential area, where I can enjoy sitting in the garden, while also having access to all the amenities of Stratford, including its excellent transport links and Westfield.

Communal areas includes large kitchen/ living, shared bathroom and garden. The flat has been recently renovated and has all the amenities you can desire, including a dishwasher and underfloor heating in the kitchen.

The bedroom is quite spacious, with a wardrobe and large chest of drawers; it has natural light with garden view, but also a blind that allows a good sleep! A desk can be added if needed.

The flat is a 15 minutes walk (or 5 minutes bus) to Stratford station (zone 2/3 Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth lines, Overground, DLR and National Rail). There is also a closer Elizabeth Line station called Maryland (zone 3), which is 8 minutes walk away .

West Ham Park is less than 5 minutes walk away and there is a Better gym with swimming pool also 5 minutes walk from the flat. A local Sainsbury’s and Tesco are within two minutes walk.

I offer six monthly rental, which can be extended. I am also open to short term lets (minimum three weeks), in which case the deposit would be much reduced.
Broadband and water included. Other bills are not included.

About me: I am a professional, working from home 2/3 days a week and spending the rest of time in the office. I am quite sociable, but also like my own space, try to go to the gym (not very consistently) and be healthy. Love spending time in the garden, go out and travel often.
