Unfortunately, my house mate is moving out to go travelling, so I have a double room available in a two-bed house in Stratford from the 16th of May!
🏡The house is a two-bed with a large, open-plan living room and dining room (perfect for parties or pres) as well as a small garden (great for drinks and bbqs in the summer)!
🛏️Bedroom comes furnished with a bed frame and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and a mirror.
📍It is located in Stratford in a residential area which feels very safe - I’ve never had any problems!
🚇10 min walk from Stratford station, but buses from central stop at the end of the road so brill after a night out!
💰Rent is £850 a month (excluding bills)
💰Approx £100 a month for bills
💰Deposit is one month’s rent
❤️A bit about me: I’m 24, a primary school teacher so out during the weekdays, and I like to think I’m pretty easy to live with (never had any complaints)! I’m clean, friendly and sociable (down for a night out or a movie night in)!
