Hello,

Im sad to be leaving, this flat-share, the three girls are great to live with. Always up for a chat, a bit of shit tv, eating out, drinks, take- out and a bit of hinge chat! Equally, enjoy their own space, and a bit of time to chill.

The flat is in a great location, 5 minute walk from Streatham station, 10 minutes from Streatham Hill station and 2 minutes to bus links into Brixton and Tooting.

The flat is huge with separate kitchen and living room, over two stories. Double room, available for either 3 months from 28th June or can stay longer if want to renew the tenancy in late September.

It is really important that the flat is enjoyed as a home rather than student halls and would be delighted to have someone join us with the same values (clean, tidy, doesn't need prompting to buy kitchen roll etc...)

The room is fully furnished double bedroom (bed, wardrobe, cupboard; the usual)

Deposit: £835
The tenancy is up for renewal in late September.

Local amenities include:
Lidl, Aldi, Marks and Spencers Food, Odeon cinema, Tesco, all of them gyms to suit your needs, great pizza and chicken shop!
