-Near to Streatham High Road and all its bars, supermarkets and coffee shops
-7 mins walk to Streatham Hill train station (gets you to Victoria in 17 mins, Northern line (Balham) in 4 mins, London Bridge in 25 mins)
-12 mins bus ride to Brixton and the Victoria line or 25 mins to Crystal Palace and the Overground
-Tooting Common 15 mins walk and 7 mins walk to the lovely Hillside Gardens

Costs:

-£815 per month including bills and council tax
-Deposit: 1 months rent
-Open to Mon-Fri lets too (£450 per month including bills)
-I'm having a little bit of work done to the flat (nothing too major - will explain to those who get in touch) so for the first month whilst it's being done, it will be £715/month inc. bills.

Would probably suit...:

Hello! I've recently moved into this flat and looking for a housemate (because hey, it's boring living alone!). I've been in London for a while and have quite a busy social life so not looking to be living in each others' pockets but nice to share a bottle of wine, watch a box set or occassionally head to the nearby Common for a coffee in the sunshine.
