ABOUT US:
We’re 2 gay professionals looking for someone to fill our spare room. James works in financial marketing and Inacio works in marketing in the live music industry.

We’re both very sociable and are often out hanging with friends. However, this isn’t a party house as we like to keep it zen here. Having said that, we’re perfectly up for anybody having friends over for a BBQ or brunch, and we’d love someone who’s sociable to join in.

A young professional approx. age 29-36 who’s sociable, respectful, clean and tidy!

No students (sorry!).

ABOUT THE FLAT:
There’s a big open-plan kitchen (with all the mod cons including a gas hob, air-fryer and nutribullet) and living room. The best part of the flat has to be the big garden that backs onto Deptford Park, with a large wooden table and chairs and a coal barbecue.

The room has a double bed, large wardrobe, and a chest of drawers with room for a desk.

There’s a separate toilet and bathroom (both with sinks to wash hands). We have Virgin Media wifi with boosters throughout the flat.

We have a cleaner that comes every other week (£20 per person per month).

Accessibility info: 6 steps down to front door from street level, as well as slightly raised thresholds on external doors.

ABOUT THE AREA:
We’re a 10-15 min walk to Surrey Quays (Overground), a 15-20 min walk (or 5 min bus) to Canada Water (Jubilee line), and Deptford and New Cross stations are both relatively close. We’re right next to Deptford Park and about a half an hour walk to Greenwich Park/Cutty Sark. There’s a big Lidl and a huge Tesco Extra within walking distance. Deptford high street has loads of great bars, restaurants and coffee shops, and Deptford Market runs on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays where you can also pick up some cheap vintage clothing.

We're also a couple of stops away from Peckham and you can easily access Central and East London via Overground and/or Jubilee line.
