I'm looking for someone who can replace my tenancy (remaining contract is 4 months, details can be sent via messages).

The flat (in second floor) is located in 5 minutes walk to Surrey Quays station (overground), the big shopping complex (big Tesco and Cinema!) and Canada Water (Jubilee and overground), and 15 minutes to Canary Wharf. Many buses run to the central London, too. Southwark Park is within walking distance for jogging and exercise. This is an ideal location for a young professional / student.

Communal entrace leads to different studio rooms with wood flooring and a small kitchenette. There are built in hob, microwave and fridge. As for the bathroom (shower) part tiled wall and vinyl flooring, you have to share, but with only one person (who is very nice and clean). You also can use a communal bathroom which has a white bathtub. There is a laundry room on site, washing machine and Dryer available.

The rent (975 pcm/225pw) includes ALL bills (gas fired central heating, electricity, water, and Wifi, but NO council tax).

As the flat is in a busy area, it may be suitable for a person who do not work from home. But it is a very lively place, you can find many places to dine out!
