Sunny Room in Tooting Opposite Common

We have a lovely Sunny room (south facing!) available in our 4 bedroom 4 story shared home. We have 2 living rooms/lounges to enjoy, a garden, a dining area and an amazing spacious kitchen. We all take pride in our home being clean, comfortable, & a safe space for all of us!

As the spring approaches and the days are less rainy I’ll be sorting out the garden. We also need to revamp the bar area with a little reading nook (some of the furniture in the photo isn’t there anymore).

We would prefer to keep the house all female too ;)

We welcome anyone from all walks of life, professional or student.

Sara; 31, a paralegal / lawyer who works from home most days too, and makes music 🎶 as an independent artist!
Maya, 28, an artist 👩🏽‍🎨 , I work mostly out of home but will incorporate more work from home as the weather gets warmer!

Please tell us a bit about yourself and what you think you could add to the house vibe 😎 we’re looking for someone that can mesh well with all of us.

Our current housemate is unsure of how long she can currently stay as she’s transitioning from being a student to a professional. Due to the nature of not being sure I’m posting this up just incase, but please note there is a level of flexibility on the available of the room, and in the next 2 weeks we’ll have more of a firm idea about the availability either being may 16th or June 16th!
