Our flatmate Jenna is moving out in a few weeks and we’re looking for someone to take her room! We’re in a lovely 4 bed flat 10 minutes’ walk from Tooting Bec station.
We’re a laid back household that loves a Parkrun & pastry on Saturdays and a couple of pints at the Selkirk (3 min walk!). Robbie (27), Dom (25), and I (24) have been in Tooting for a couple years now and all of us have some friends scattered around the area— it’s a lovely place to live !!
The room is flooded with light in the morning and very spacious. Our flatmate is also leaving the furniture behind so it’s all ready to be moved in to.
The room is going for £870 and bills are usually less than £100 per month.
