Large double bedroom in 2 bed flat

A lovely double bedroom with lots of storage is available from 1st June in a 2 bedroom flat. The location is fantastic: it is 10 minutes walk away from Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern Line) and 5 minute walk from Tooting overground station as well as plenty of bus routes. The flat is very close to restaurants, bars, shops and Tooting Market, as well as St George's Hospital. The kitchen and bathroom has also been recently refurbished to a high standard (see photos).

You will be sharing with me and my 8 year old pet rabbit, Puchi. A bit about me: I am a 38 year old IT Consultant (although I don't look or act my age), who enjoys travelling, cooking, doing crosswords, playing football, boxing and I have recently started going to an acting class for fun. I also enjoy going to the theatre and going out to eat or for drinks with friends.

Having good energy and harmony at home is very important to me so I am looking for someone who is similar to me in terms of values and personality so that we can be a good fit. I am looking for someone warm, calm, mature, kind, considerate, reliable and clean. This is not a party house but I would like someone who is up for the odd meal and true crime/trashy TV binge together as well as being respectful of each other's need for downtime as well. I also work from home so I am looking for someone who works / studies full-time and does not WFH.
