Double Room in large 4 bed house

Hi we are looking for a new housemate to join us in our lovely home in Tooting.

The house:
It is a 4 bed, 2 bathroom house with a south facing patio which is ideal for hosting in the summer. It comes fully furnished, with a shared living room and separate kitchen. The bills come to around £100 a month.

Current housemates:

My name is Pesh and I’m 29, working as a hospital pharmacist in Waterloo. Enjoy the usual going out to gigs and a good beer garden.

Jonny is 27 and a software engineer who works fully from home. He enjoys watching live sport and has recently moved back to London from Ireland.

Shannon is a nurse who’s currently working away. She loves to travel and the pub, often seen with a glass of wine around the house.

The area:
It is located only 5min walk from Tooting Broadway underground station or 10mins from Tooting train station. There are amazing restaurants such as Juliet’s, Mud and Daddy Bao just around the corner, as well as a big Sainos and Lidl less than 10 mins walk away.

Who we want:
We are looking for a clean and tidy housemate who respects living with other professionals and is looking to make the house their home. We also want someone who is keen to watch TV or have the occasional dinner together and up for a trip to the local pubs (the Antelope is just round the corner).
