Location:

The home is a 10 min walk from Tooting Broadway station (northern line). It’s 30 mins to London Bridge and around 45 mins to Central London. We are a short walk to Tooting Market and have multiple supermarkets in the area; Sainsbury's, Lidl and Aldi (all about 10min walks from the house). There are also numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants in the area.

The home:

The home is located on a quiet residential street. The ground floor has a shared living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and access to the garden. Upstairs has the second bathroom and the 3 others bedrooms. The room available is the one of the ground floor and faces out the front of the house, getting lots of natural light.

The room is £800 and is available at that price for 1 month.

Rent increase is currently being negotiated and is subject to change as of July 1, 2024. We currently work directly with the landlord for all house queries and questions.

I’ll be moving into my new place on May 30th so the room is available as of June 1.
