The room is going for £550 a month, this includes the furniture, electric, gas and internet.
We are looking for a tidy female STUDENT preferably.
The house is located in the heart of Tottenham and very easy to travel to central and surrounding areas.
The house is home to my family of 4 (two baby boys) and another female lodger.
Deposit is required and will be given back once lodger has left the room without any damages.
We only have 3 main rules:
1. No smoking inside the home, there is a garden you can smoke in.
2. No shoes on the hallway carpet
