The flat is spacious, modern and mostly furnished. Her room, the ensuite (did not come furnished) but she’s willing to sell everything in it at a reasonable price. All up to you 🙂. It does come with its own side table and more.
We’re 5 minutes from Tottenham Hale station with incredible transport links and literally all the shops you’ll ever need in the nearby retail park.
We also have a Tesco and gym right opposite the apartment! The apartment also comes with access to a skyline lounge and a few communal/work spaces for you and your guests and we have our very own balcony!!

About You
Currently looking for a housemate who for starters isn’t allergic to cats 😂 preferably between the ages of 28-35 (flexible if you’re a vibeeee), clean and sociable but also a great balance between quiet time and social time (I promise I’m not boring). Flexible on WFH, as long as we’re both considerate and if needs be make use of the communal workspaces from time to time.
Someone who is up for a good movie night/dinner/random shared interests/good music taste is a plus! Additional brownie points for a great sense of humour. Guests are welcome of course, as long as you’re/they’re respectful. It’s not a party house (unfortunately 😂) nothing wrong with enjoyment but I like my sleep and I go into the office so I really need peace during the week! So looking for people who are compatible in that sense and just all round great vibes. I’m basically good as long as you’re not mad 🤣
