THE HOUSE
Comfortable spacious double bedroom available in Townhouse with Garden on 2 floors with 2 bathrooms, 3 WCs, large kitchen diner, all bills included: council tax, utilities, incoming landline, broadband and cleaner twice per week. The house is double glazed and gas central heated.

It's shared with friendly professionals mostly in their twenties, currently British and Polish.

THE ROOMS
The £700 room is room is spacious, with a double bed, large wardrobe, shelves, chest of drawers and a mirror.

It does have a large double glazed windows to the quiet garden.

TAKEN
The second room (£600) is smaller with a huge double glazed South facing window, wardrobe, Bedside chest of drawers, small computer desk, mirror, shelves.

All bills, wifi and a cleaner twice per week included. Looking for a non-smoker.

The address is Dawlish Road, N17 9HP, 5min walk from Tottenham Hale Station.

LETTING CONDITIONS:
- You have the legal status to live and work in the UK
- The age group (roughly 23 to 35) is important, as required by current housemates
- The room is for single occupancy only, no couples sorry
- Young professional graduates preferred with excellent English, with a regular job during the day (only 2 days WFH in the week max). No night shifts due to noise problems.
- You must be law-abiding, ZERO tolerance for drugs, even soft ones,
- No smoking, inside or outside
- You must be clean and tidy. The housemates keep the house in a very clean state and they are looking for someone like-minded.
- The room is free from the 18th May, so we are looking for someone who could move around this date.
- The absolute minimum is a six months tenancy but preference for tenants who would like to stay longer.
