Double room in zone 2 from end of April!

Hi all!

I am having to move out of my lovely flat end of April due to personal circumstances. You would be taking my place in the lease which is until Feb 2025 with the option to renew after! I have been in this flat for almost 3 years now and couldn’t fault it at all for the price and location.

This is a 2 bed flat and is 2 mins from Tufnell Park station, has a sainsbury’s and all the cute little cafes you’d need! We are also a 10 min walk from kentish town and 20 mins from camden.

The flat has a shared living space, kitchen and bathroom. We also have two storage rooms and a huge garden that would be perfect for the summer!

You would be sharing with Sabrina, 24 who works in Marketing and moved in not very long ago. She works from home 3/4 times a week and there is room for you to do so too in the room and living room!

Now for the boring stuff, the rent is 825 without bills, bills come up to a max of 150 during winter due to the heating but can also go as low as 100 a month, this just depends on usage.

*some of the pictures are before my current flatmate moved in hence you might see some more/new furniture during the viewing but before whoever moves in, the flat will go back to looking like the pictures.
