I am looking for someone to sublet my room from 18th May to 30th June 2024 (dates flexible)

The flat & the room:
- 2 bed 2 bath with open plan kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped as I will be leaving my kitchen appliances / cutlery etc behind
- Large ensuite room with King sized bed. I will be taking the large chest of drawer in the picture, but desk will stay and there are some small drawers. I can lend my bed sheets and duvet if you need as well. The room has a small juliet balcony you can step out on.
- Great location - Just a minute walk from Vauxhall tube station, there’s a gym 3 mins away, supermarkets (Little Waitrose and an Asian supermarket) 1 min away, and a big Sainsburys 7 mins away
- Comes with a washer/dryer and a dishwasher
- Third floor with a lift
- Access to a communal rooftop
- All rooms facing north west, often gets a nice sunset

The contract:
- Rent is £300 per week including bills. I am currently paying slightly more + £200 per month on bills, but am covering the difference as this is a sublet
- Available Mid May to end of June
- There is a little boiler room inside the room where I will store my belongings

About me:
I’m a 28 year old Korean girl working in Consulting in London.
My roommate (who you will be living with!) is a 25 year old French guy working in Finance. He’s often working in the office most days.

About you:
The room is for single occupancy, and for a working professional. (No pets, no smoking in the flat)
There is no formal credit/reference check but I will ask for some unofficial references (eg work contract)
