Hi!

I'm planning to move out of my room by April-end and looking for a lovely tenant to take over my lease which ends in September.

The flat is a 2-minute walk from Vauxhall Underground Station and located right next to Vauxhall Park with plenty of bus connections.

Tesco and Sainsburys are 5 mins away.

The house has 4 bedrooms - 1 of them has an ensuite, so only 3 people (including yourself) will be sharing the bathroom. Your room would be furnished and gets plenty of sunlight whenever London decides to get warmer.

The other flatmates are all professionals (mix of Japanese and Indian) and would be either working from home or in office most days.

Bills are not included and come upto around 150 (electricity, water, heating, council tax and wifi) depending on usage.

PS: The flat is located on the 4th floor and there isn't a lift.
