Ensuite room available in an all female 4 bedroom house. The room also comes with a small kitchenette, so it's like having a small studio for yourself, with the benefit of also having other shared spaces in the rest of the flat!

The room is in the loft and comes with plenty of storage space and a full size wardrobe.

The flat has a bright and big living room, huge kitchen, TV, washing machine and all amenities you need.

The flatmates are lovely and we occasionally hang out together but respect each other’s space. The landlords are always available to help with anything you may need.

The area is all you could possibly ask for: lots of restaurants, bars, gyms, supermarkets (including a giant Sainsbury’s less than 10 minutes walk near Nine Elms) and a small park 3 minutes away.

It is around 10 minutes walk to the new Nine Elms Station and within a short walking distance of Vauxhall, Oval and Stockwell Stations.

Bills are not included and spilt equally by all the tenants.

New tenant ideally would be a professional female with a permanent job.
