Lovely flat with garden in Walthamstow

I'm happy to find a replacement for my room from 12 June to 12 September in the lovely flat located within 7 minutes walking distance to the Walthamstow station, yet, in the residential area which is quiet and peaceful.

**Current contract is until 12 September 2024, however, my flatmates are willing to extend it, so welcome if you want to stay longer than three months.

Spacious living room with big windows allowing nice lights, a lovely back garden linked to the kitchen, and a front garden.


I loved this flat and extended my contract for two years but moving out to live with my partner.
The room is spacious with a big window allowing good amount of sunlight.
It's close to the lovely street with small restaurants, cafes, pubs, and jewelry shops, and also close to the Walthamstow Street market with Lidl, Asda, Tesco, and street market open every weekend. A beer mile with nice breweries is one stop away by tube.

The bills are around £100 or a bit more including council tax, broadband, water, energy, and electricity, and separate from the rent.

You will be staying with two roommates, both are professionals in their 20’s, Saandra, research assistant, Sean, officer in the NGO. They are both friendly, easy going, love to hang out but also respectful.

I really loved these whole area and the flat, and I believe you’ll love them too:) Look forward to receiving messages from like minded people who’re interested.
