Double room in Walthamstow flat

Hello!

I’m looking for a female tenant (30-40ish) to take over my room in this lovely two bedroom Walthamstow flat. You would be moving in with Chloe (34) and her adorable little frenchie Fergus (so dog lover is a must!).

It’s a fairly chilled household, nice wholesome vibes, so it would be great to find someone who is laid back, tidy, and possibly creative to replace me! 🌷

✨ About Chloe ✨

She’s a 34yo freelance producer, who enjoys going to the gym, walks, cinema, markets, finding new spots for food and socialising with friends at the weekend.

Into all kinds of music, but mainly listen to electronic, hip hop, dance and r&b.

Likes a good mix of trash tv and crime docs on Netflix!

✨ The flat ✨

- Rent is £787.50 pcm and paid on the 11th of each month.
- All bills come in at approx £160 each per month (gas, elec, water, council tax and internet)
- Deposit £923
- Room available around 14th June
- Tenancy runs until Feb 18th 2025, with poss to extend
- Bedroom comes unfurnished
- Shared garden out the back
- Option for on street parking (must apply for paid permit)
- Small dogs may be considered at landlords discretion, although no guarantee (no cats, sorry!)
- Short walk to Lloyds Park
- 15 mins walk to Walthamstow Central tube and overground

You would be formally taking over my tenancy so will need to complete ref checks with the agent (right to rent, proof of address) and pay a £50 takeover fee.
