I have a generous sized bedroom to rent in a stunning, two bedroom, period property in Wandsworth (short term lets only).
A little about me - I'm a friendly 33 year old professional female. I love the outdoors, exercise, seeing the sights of London...But equally, I'm happy to stay in with a film/book/wine. I'm looking for someone who is like minded, respectful and tidy. Please note - this is not a party house.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, desk, large drawers, bedside table and double built in wardrobe.
The property is located just under 10 minutes (walking) from Wandsworth Town station and just under 10 minutes to Clapham Junction station (on the bus).
It is a really fantastic location - you have the quaint 'Old York Road' less than 10 min walk away which has lots of lovely local restaurants. Then there is the Southside shopping centre which is a 5 minute walk away - extremely handy for shopping and has a cinema/more restaurants.
The property has high speed WiFi which is included in the price of the rent.
