Flat in Wandsworth!

My name is Matt and I am looking for a roommate from mid-June

The flat is based in Wandsworth, SW18. Rent would be £1,050 but that includes bills for water and gas, electricity and council tax is around roughly £85 on top of that. Wifi and Sky Q TV is currently an extra £60 but that contract is up for renewal so this might reduce to just a Wifi bill amount. TV license would also be added into quarterly bills.

I am looking for a super easygoing roommate, someone who is clean and tidy and enjoys watching sport! I am obsessed with sports and fitness and like to go to the gym/do fitness classes. I have competed in some events such as Hyrox and Turf Games and spend most of my weekends playing golf, watching sport or out being active.

You'd have your own bathroom and double bed, enough space for a desk and a chair for any WFH requirements!

There is parking attached to the flat building as part of the Southside shopping centre - there is one car park space as part of the flat agreement, but I have a car at the moment so that space is being taken.
