Lovely new build apartment but I’m moving in with my partner so looking for someone to take over the tenancy with my current flatmate (F, 29).

Move in date around 1st July (slightly flexible), rent £1,250 per month, bills currently come to around £100 per month each. Council tax is around £67 each per month.

Less than a 15 minute walk to both Wandsworth town station and East Putney tube station (district line).

Large double room & you’d have your own full bathroom (not en suite but better) & there’s a big south west facing balcony.

Level of furnishing is open to negotiation (flat is provided unfurnished but some furniture e. g. sofa belongs to my flatmate so will definitely stay).

Your would be flatmate is lovely to live with, very chilled and laidback, works from the office most days with occasional work from home, looking for someone similar who enjoys eating dinner together but enjoys their own space as well.
