1 double room available in Wandsworth ASAP

We are looking for one person to take a room in our 4-bed house ASAP! Our other flatmate dropped out so we need someone to take up the last room.

📍The house is a furnished 4 bed, 2 bath on Sudlow Road in Wandsworth for a year’s tenancy. Nearest tube is East Putney/Wandsworth Town and bus stop is a 4 min walk. The house is in a great location, next to Putney, Fulham and Battersea. There are loads of bars, restaurants and shops and it’s right next to Wandsworth Park.

💰 The room is £950 a month (excluding bills). Deposit and first month’s rent will also be required once the contract has been signed (total of £2153). You will also need to have a yearly salary of over £25,000 (landlord requirement).

🏠Move-date is the 11th of June. We are looking for someone to sign the contract this weekend! All rooms are doubles and should fit desks. The available room is room 4 on the floor plan.
