I am leaving my room in July and am looking for someone to replace me.
This is a very friendly house and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. It is a 10 minute walk from West Hampstead High Street, Thames Link, Overground, Underground and bus routes. Only takes 20 minutes to get into Central London and it is a 30 minute walk from Hampstead Heath or a 10 minute overground journey.
The property has a lovely big garden and a very big kitchen.
Two of the other rooms are onsuite so you will only share a bathroom with one other person.
The room comes with a wardrobe, draws and bedside table but I am willing to sell my desk and bookshelf for very cheap if you want them.
I am realistically looking for someone to move in as soon as I move out so from the 15th July.
The rent is £1083.33 per month, and a weeks rent of £260 every six months towards utilities.
