A Comfortable Spacious Double Room to Rent

I'm looking for a lodger who's clean and respectful to rent a nice, newly decorated, double room, which is immediately available in West Norwood.
The room size is 16ft x 10ft, so quite spacious. It is carpeted and
fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk/ or dressing table.
The room is very bright and sunny with its 3 windows that
over look a small well kept garden.

The property is shared with 1 other person and comprised of:

Kitchen with usual amenities
Bathroom and over bath Shower
Separate Toilet
occasional use of Sitting Room
Garden
Free Street Parking

The area has a number of Local supermarkets, shops and cafes close by, as well as a modern cinema and library. There is also a leisure centre with a swimming pool and gym within 2 mins walk.
West Norwood is a pleasant area with lots of local green spaces, which has very good transport links by bus or train.

This home is a small, long time established, 2 bedroomed house, So, not a party house, multi occupancy or 50/50 house share. meaning limited extra storage space.
The home is reasonably quiet mostly and you'd be sharing with just myself.
I am hoping to find a long term, friendly, mature person, thats domesticated, clean (super important) and tidy and doesn't mind partaking in the general day to day cleaning and upkeep of the house.
A professional with a full time job, that does not work entirely from home, that can also provide references from their present job and a previous landlord (if this applies)

The rent is £770 per month including all bills.
If the bills go up next year due to inflation then the rent will go up accordingly.
The deposit is one month rent paid in advance.
