②All bills covered. Gym fee paid.
③Highly secured and nice service at the reception. This apartment is quite modern and well furbished, with easy access to lots of attractions and universities(KCL, LSE, UCL). The view from my window is also gorgeous. The price and date are negotiable.
It is located next to the Westminster Bridge, 15 minutes walk to the Trafalgar Square and 20 minutes walk to LSE campus. Within 10 minutes walk we have M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose. The contract ends on 31th of August.
The other two flatmates are Chinese girls and also LSE students. They're super quite and friendly and don't use the kitchen most time.
Tenant who can cover most of the period would be preferred and enjoy more discount!
