We have a spacious double room available ASAP in our cozy flat.

We're seeking a friendly, clean, and considerate flatmate to join the flat.

Area: There is a small co-op and a small Sainsbury’s 2 min away, and a large Sainsbury’s 10min away.
3 stops away in Finchley Road O2 shopping mall with a Virgin Active gym, big Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Vue cinema
15min walk from Cricklewood main road, and all shops you can think of

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen (except microwave), though Tom, the remaining flatmate has a Ninja.

About the Room: The room comes with a large double bed, comfortable Ikea mattress and faces private gardens, so no street noises, It comes with built-in storage closet and a sizable wardrobe with shelves, desk, shelves, clothes rack and shoe storage which can stay if interested

Living Room: Standard-sized living room with a comfy sofa, foldable table. Ample storage available, including a bike hook for convenient storage, which will be removed.

Tenancy Details:
The flat is owned by a landlady but managed by Foxtons.

The deposit is £2,019.20 (£1,009.60 per person). The tenancy agreement runs until September 29th, 2024, with the option to renew or leave.

About Tom: Your remaining flatmate, from Devon and works from home mainlt for a US consultancy startup. Likes cooking, playing guitar/electric keyboard, during the day, hitting the gym, and frequently visits his family in Devon so from time to time he is away from London
