I'm looking to move out mid July 2024 but flexible on move in date. The lease contractually runs out 15th September 2024, so it would be up to you and the lads to re-sign with the agent but it's super easy to swap people in and out if you want to move out mid-contract. Rent exc bills is £1,037.50 pcm with average monthly bills between £120-£150 on top, this room is a steal for the space, privacy, and amenities it offers.
