3 month summer sublet in Wimbledon 🌿

Hey all, I’ll be away for work during the summer and am looking to sublet my room. It’s available from late June or start of July to the end of September.

About the house:

- it’s a double room with plenty of storage (I’ll be removing most of my things)
- kitchen shared with 2 people, bathroom shared with 1 person
- really lovely open living area with all kitchenware already there
- we’re a really friendly house who like to hang out sometimes but also respect each others space
-location is great, it’s less than 5 mins walk to Wimbledon station which has the district line, south western railway and the thameslink so it’s easy to get to central London and Surrey
- only a 15 min walk to South Wimbledon station with the northern line

Please message to tell us a bit about yourself (age, job, interests etc.) ☺️. Ideally we would like to find someone similar in age to the existing flatmates. We may also have a dog in the house by the summer, so hopefully this wouldn’t be a problem.
