2 rooms available in Earlsfield / Wimbledon Park!

We have two rooms becoming available in our house from the 29th June (potentially negotiable). Please see details below:

Location
We are based in between Earlsfield & Wimbledon Park. Both areas / stations are a 10 minute walk so super accessible into central via rail or the district line. Also really well connected by bus to Wandsworth/Battersea. There is also a 10/10 farmers market just round the corner every Saturday!

The house:
A lovely four bed with a garden and seating we’ve just renovated for summer BBQ’s! A large kitchen dining room with a dishwasher and washing mashing, your own shelf in the fridge and a Nintendo Wii for some overly competitive Wii sports resort.

House mates
Will (26), works in tech. Works from home a couple of days a week. A bit early bird who’s regularly at the gym, cycling or play guitar (he’s actually good dw).

Elle (25), works in corporate events. Works from home a few days a week. Loves going to the gym, out with friends and spends most evenings watching Eastenders 😂

You?!:
We are look for (ideally) 1 boy and 1 girl to keep the split even. You like to socialise but also respect other boundaries and alone time. We all became close in the house and would go for coffee, to the pub; sit in the garden together and have breakfast together on the weekends and hope you’ll slot into this too. You’ll (probably) be in your twenties and (definitely) have a good personality.

Room 1: £775
This room is located on the bottom floor, double bed, shelving and a few cupboards.

Room 2: £775
This room is located on the 1st floor, next to Elles room and the bathroom. Double bedroom and large cupboards.
