Large double room available in spacious 4 bed flat in between Earlsfield/ Wimbledon Park. 10 min walk to both Earlsfield and Wimbledon Park station. Landlord is looking for a tenant who can commit to a 1 year lease.
Large shared living room, separate kitchen with a south facing garden and an outhouse which we use as a gym. There is a bathroom that the tenant can have as their own private bathroom.
Currently we're all 3 girls in our early 30s, who work professionally full time. We socialise often together and enjoy going to the pub for a couple of drinks, but also do workouts together and enjoy being chill.
