Are you still looking? I have a two bedroom apartment living in woolwich Riverside right next door to the Elizabeth line. I occupy one room and have another available.

I rent the room out for 1200 per month with a 1000 deposit (which will be returned at the time you move out) bills are included in price and there is also access to spa facilities.

I am very neat/tidy and respectful of others space and ask for the same in return.

In addition I am not so keen on guests as I like to keep my space private however I would ask that your guests are respectful if you were to have any.
