As I often work away, I'm seeking a friendly lodger to make the most of this lovely space. You'll have full access to the house, except for my private quarters. On weekends when I'm home, I kindly ask that you give me some space in the living room.

Expect all the comforts of home, as I've equipped the house with everything you could need. Plus, enjoy lightning-fast Virgin Broadband Fibre WiFi, conveniently located right beneath the spare room.

Before accepting anyone I would need you to come view the room and come for a chat. All bills would be included except for Gas and Electricity which would be via a top up account. Every time I'm home I will top it up but if I'm away a while you will be expected to pay for what you need.
