The video gives an indication of the high standard of our accommodation. We have one en-suite double room in this 3-bed flat @ £540 per calendar month (£124.62 per week) available from 18th June 2024.

Minimum 6-month contract. There is a luxury shared kitchen/dining area. The kitchen includes an integrated dishwasher and washer/dryer. The room has plenty of storage, a TV aerial point and a beautiful en-suite.

Fully inclusive rent. We are looking for a single tenant (no couples) who appreciates living in a clean and tidy flat. If you do not like a clean kitchen this is not the flat for you.

There is fast broadband and easy parking in the street. This flat is walking distance to Alder Hey Hospital and the Heart and Chest Hospital and on a direct bus route to the Royal Liverpool Hospital and Whiston Hospital. Excellent access to the city centre on a fast frequent bus route less than two minutes walk from the flat.
There is also a huge Tesco less than 5 minutes walk.

Work and previous landlord references are required. We require one week's rent (£124.62) to secure the flat. and one month's rent (£540) for the deposit, which will be lodged with DPS.

The current tenants are both young healthcare professionals one male, one female.
