The bedroom is a good size with a double bed, chest of drawer and built in wardrobe. The living room is big with sofas and dining room table TV with free view and the door to the south facing balcony which looks out over the communal gardens and the canal.
New Kitchen, is fully kitted out, including washing machine and dishwasher.
The flat is just off the Brentford high street, a minute or 2's walk to the buses which go all over! you can walk in just a few mins to Brentford overland train station which takes you direct to Clapham junction and Waterloo in under 30 mins. The buses also go to Northfields tube or Boston manor tube (Piccadilly line)
easy access to waterloo station and central London, Ealing, Hammersmith, White City (Westfields Mall), Chiswick, Kew, Clapham Junction.

You would be living with me, Claire, I'm 40 years old and I'm looking for a chilled out flatmate, someone who is easy to get along with, clean and tidy but no need to be obsessive about it! someone who can enjoy a movie and a glass of wine with on occasion :)

rent is £750 a month, all bills included.
