Modern Room in Heathrow Female ONLY

Hello there :)

I have a modern, well built room with it's own Seperate entrance available in my house, as a houseshare.

Location: 10 minutes to Ashford, Feltham and Hounslow
-5 mins walk to nearest bus station.
-5 mins walk to the nearest High Street or 15-20mins walk to Feltham High Street.
-Local Tesco, restaurants, Costa, Pharmacy and Doctor.
-20 mins odd to Kingston, Teddington etc.
Close to Ashford Hospital and West Middlesex.

The house has been renovated to a high specification and includes a designer kitchen with an Island, massage jet shower, a TV Mediawall with fireplace. Everything is new.

I am preferably looking for a kind, mature female to join our little family but I am very particular to the kind of person that joins us.

What I am looking for:
Someone with a professional office based job or someone who works within the NHS... If a student a mature one. It is also perfect for any female airport worker. We are 13 minutes from Terminal 5 staff car park or 7 minutes from Terminal 4 staff car park.

Finally, the household is Muslim. We do not drink Alcohol nor eat non Halal Food. I am preferably looking for someone who eats Halal or an Indian who is vegetarian.

No Parties. No overnight guests or groups of guests. No males allowed.

About me:
I am a workaholic and I respect people's space. I run my own business so majority of the time I am working. I like to socialise, travel and adventure.

The property is Council tax C.
Bills are included, however on a fair use policy.

References will be done and Right to Rent needs to be proved if a foreign or EU national.

No Pets. No Couples. Not looking for any work from home please or children. It is a single room and suits as described the above.
