Double room females only

I am open to short term stays, I also go away once or twice a month.

The double room has a double bed, a set of drawers, dressing table and a wardrobe. Large smart tv on the wall.

You are welcome to use the living room and garden if they are not being used. The kitchen, dining room and bathroom are accessible at all times.


I have a 1 year old cavapoo called bear so ideally a dog friendly person.
Feltham or whitton station is around a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive.
Crane park forest is a 2 minute walk and sainsburys is around 15 minutes to walk.

My home is very quiet and chilled, I live alone however I have 2 daughters that visit sometimes and my 3 year old grandson.

All bills are included apart from food but am happy to do an extra plate of dinner for a small contribution towards food.

You are welcome to move the room around and decorate to your liking.

I ask for 1 month rent in advance, this will cover your one month the notice when you decide to leave.
