The landlord keeps the house very clean, with good central heating and all tenants are very friendly and sociable. She is looking for someone that is easy-going, friendly and respectful of the house and other people's wishes. Everyone in the house works and it tends to be quiet in the evenings.

The house is situated a 5-10 minute walk from both Kingsbury (jubilee line) and Preston Road (metropolitan line) stations and the main high streets & local shops. From both stations it is about 15-20 mins into the city by tube.

There is an allocated parking space out front on a driveway, off the main street.
